Delete your SCUL account

This page provides an external way to request deletion of your SCUL Strategic Analysis account and associated data, even if you no longer have the application installed.

How to submit a request

Email privacy@scul.systems from the email address connected to your SCUL account.
Use the subject line SCUL account deletion request.
Include your account email address and say whether you used Google sign-in or email/password. Do not send your password, Google password, access code or payment details.
We may ask for limited additional information to verify that you control the account.

Start deletion request

What will be deleted

Your Firebase authentication account.
Your SCUL profile and account-access record.
Your user-scoped Operator Console search history.
Other personal information associated with the account that is not required to be retained by law.

Deletion timing and limited retention

After verifying the request, we aim to complete deletion from active systems within 30 days. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups or security logs until those systems are overwritten. We may retain limited information where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, security or fraud prevention.

Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account. Submit a request using the steps above. Account deactivation is not used as a substitute for deletion.

Delete Console history only

You may ask us to delete your Operator Console search history without deleting your entire account. Use the same email address and change the subject to SCUL history deletion request.
